SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We offer Local Delivery and Location Pickup in Nassau, Bahamas.

We ship domestically by sea through The Mailboat Co. and Bahamas Freight Ltd. Available to the following: Grand Bahama (Freeport), Abaco (Marsh Harbour), Cat Island, Exuma (George Town), Eleuthera (Governor's Harbour, Harbour Island, Three Island Dock, Rock Sound, Spanish Wells), Long Island (Simms).

ALL orders outside of Nassau/Paradise Island must be paid online. Any order placed for Family Island Shipping with COD as the selected payment method will be canceled.

All orders will be picked up from the port office of the carrier listed in your shipment confirmation email.

Online orders are processed between 1-3 Business Days. Shipping dates are based on schedules provided by each carrier. Normally, there is at least one shipment per week to each destination. Any schedule changes are not the fault of Kultured Klothing.

We offer same-day delivery service in Nassau for orders over $50 placed before 1 P.M. For issues related to your online order, please contact us by email.

RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns for refunds. We do, however, offer exchanges for products of the same value within 30 days of your original purchase. Exchanged items must be in their original packaging and unworn. We reserve the right to deny an exchange.
